The QuickStart Program

Implementation of the QuickStart program includes:

• Pre-Planning Conference Call - Discussion of basic system design to meet short-term goals of RMS adoption as well as requirements software and hardware requirements for deployment.
• Day One On-site Consultation - Discussion and identification of the elements of architectural design the customer should consider, along with best practices in deployment and user provisioning, policy development and implementation considerations.
• Days Two and Three On-site - RMS server deployment and configuration. In addition, GigaTrust assists the customer with creation of a user provisioning package to be pushed out by the customer. We ensure the user provisioning approach is working with a representative sample of the user community.

At the end of the deployment your organization will have a functioning RMS infrastructure, allowing your organization to add information rights management to Outlook email, Office documents, and Microsoft Office SharePoint® Server document libraries.
