GigaTrust Partner Program

Through our various Partner Program options, businesses can take advantage of the strength of GigaTrust's Intelligent Rights Management core suite of products and services.

The success of the GigaTrust Partner Program is built on the expertise provided by each partner and the support they receive from us. GigaTrust provides access to our products, training, technical services and sales support and provides partners with the resources they need to be successful. As a result our partners are able to offer customers cutting-edge products and services that are built on the foundation of Microsoft's Windows Rights Management Services (RMS).

GigaTrust has three Partner Programs:

Global Technology Alliance Partners - Partners must complete and demonstrate a level of integration consistent with the quality level and direction of our company.

They must include one or more of the following elements:

• Joint Marketing
• Distribution
• End-user product usage

Professional Services Partners (includes System Integrators (SIs) - Partners in this category specialize in different domains such as Application Security, Identity Management or Compliance. Through these relationships, GigaTrust can leverage key SI partners to fulfill the multitude of professional services requirements ranging from sales to support that are requested by our clients.

Candidate organizations for the Professional Services Partner category include:

• System Integrators
• Application Security Experts
• Training Vendors

Partners can be compensated for Referral or Resale.

Authorized Resellers and Distributors
This Partner category is reserved for organizations actively and aggressively promoting products, especially security products, into various market segments.

To be considered for inclusion in this Partner category, businesses should have the following operational and/or sales structure:

• Active telesales organization
• Active reseller network
• Strong marketing organization
• Ability to identify and drive business
