Getting Started Guide

Introduction

Your software is installed, start Outlook and you are ready to begin authoring secure email.

You will be prompted to authenticate to GigaTrust the next time that you (1) start Outlook, or (2) start your computer. To authenticate, enter your GigaTrust account (your Email address) and the password you selected during the enrollment process. Select Remember my password to skip this step in the future.

3. Click to Protect

Getting Started Without Outlook

Your software is installed, re-start your computer and you are ready to begin securing files.

At the authentication prompt enter your GigaTrust account (your Email address) and the password you selected during the enrollment process. Select the Remember my password option to skip this step in the future. [User Tip: Create a Protected File]
