GigaTrust Tip #2 - Using GigaTrust File Protection

Use GigaTrust to protect files that you plan to transmit using an instant messaging service, an email service, a disc, or other mechanism. Simply right-click on a file and then select GigaTrust > Protect to protect the file.

Entire folders of files can be protected in one file protection session.

1. Protect supported and licensed file types.  Also supported are Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. 2. Select a policy template (such as Company Confidential) or dynamically assign permissions to the users you specify in the GigaTrust File Protection window. 3. Send the file using email, instant messaging, thumb drive, disc, or other mechanism.
