Templates
Templates help you create
specific information policies that you plan to
use frequently and form group permissions. Once you have created a
template, you can select it for an outbound
email. Template policies can be set differently
for each user, providing flexibility to
implement complex information policies.
You can access the Template Editor from various locations, including:
Preferences Options tab (shown below)
Email Advanced Protection window
File Protection window
