David Kesick
Vice President of International Corporate Development/M&A

David Kesick has been with GigaTrust since its inception in 2000, and is responsible for introducing the company and its products into new international markets and securing successful business partners. Prior to joining GigaTrust, David held various senior-level positions including Vice President of Investor Relations/Mergers and Acquisitions at Musicmaker.com, Inc., Vice President Corporate Strategy/Mergers and Acquisitions of Steelcloud, Inc. (formally Dunn Corporation); Vice President Investor Relations/Mergers and Acquisitions with TREEV, Inc. (formerly Network Imaging Corporation) and Managing Director/Vice President, Corporate Finance/Merger & Acquisitions of Arnhold Bleichschroeder & Co., an international investment banking, financial services, and trading firm. Mr. Kesick also held various senior management positions with Reynolds & Co., an international financial services company. David holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
