Darryl Worsham
Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Worsham joined GigaTrust in February of 2008 as Vice President of Business Development, as part of the acquisition of Pinion Software. Most recently, Mr. Worsham was the President, CEO and a member of the board of Pinion Software, a leader in Technical Rights Management. Mr. Worsham joined Pinion in 2001 as Vice President of sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Pinion, Mr. Worsham was Vice of President of sales and marketing, for HotData. HotData was acquired in April 2001 by Group 1 Software. Before joining HotData, Mr. Worsham spent more than 11 years with Micrografx in several key positions including his last role as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region. Micrografx went public in 1991. Mr. Worsham holds a B.S. in Education from Oklahoma State University.
